About

Implementation that fits how the business actually runs.

I've spent my career at the point where software meets real operations: first implementing and supporting systems across 700+ MB2 Dental locations, where downtime hit clinical operations immediately, then leading implementation at Wellfit Technologies, a healthcare fintech SaaS company, where I owned new accounts from signed contract to live.

I'm looking for my next role in implementation, onboarding, customer success, technical account management, or IT/systems, either remote (US) or hybrid in Dallas–Fort Worth. I'm also building my AI/ML depth through the McCombs School of Business (UT Austin) program in AI & Machine Learning.

  • Configure to the real process

I set up software and connected devices around each client's actual workflow instead of a generic template, so teams launch on processes they already understand.

  • Train to independence

End-user training and a clean help-center handoff mean clients run the product on their own after go-live, and Support inherits documented accounts.

  • Keep everyone aligned

Client leadership and internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales stay aligned on goals, risks, dates, and decisions from kickoff through launch.

Turning a fragmented implementation process into a repeatable playbook

~85%shorter cycle time

Problem

The implementation process was fragmented. Launches were effectively reinvented each time, and the process itself was slowing customers' path to go-live while the team carried a large concurrent workload.

Approach

Rebuilt delivery into a standard, repeatable playbook backed by templates, checklists, and trackers. Trained my two-person implementation team on it, and kept the most complex client projects and escalations myself.

Result

Implementation cycle time dropped by ~85%, and launches followed one consistent, documented path instead of a custom effort every time.

Running 85+ concurrent implementations as the primary client contact

85+concurrent implementations

Problem

Each new account, typically a healthcare practice of ~10–50 employees, had to go from signed contract to live with its own workflows, staff, and devices, while dozens of other accounts were in flight at the same time.

Approach

Owned each account as the primary point of contact through discovery, configuration, training, and go-live. Configured software and connected devices around each client's real business process, and kept client leadership plus internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales aligned on goals, risks, dates, and decisions.

Result

85+ concurrent implementations carried, each typically ~1 month from kickoff to go-live, with accounts launching on workflows their staff already understood.

Delivering an ~800-device hardware and software go-live

~800devices live

Problem

A large hardware and software rollout inside a dental support organization serving 700+ locations, in live environments where any downtime hit operations immediately.

Approach

Ran the deployment with serial tracking and remote installation, coordinated vendors, site leaders, and internal teams, and trained clinical and administrative staff through the change.

Result

An ~800-device go-live with every device accounted for and configured consistently. The configurations and procedures I documented made later implementations faster and cleaner.

Go-lives that stick: training to independence and clean Support handoffs

documented, client-owned accounts

Problem

A go-live isn't finished if the client still depends on the implementation team to operate, or if Support inherits an account with no documentation behind it.

Approach

Owned setup, end-user training, and the help-center handoff for every account I implemented, so the path from implementation to ongoing support was planned rather than improvised.

Result

Clients ran the product independently after go-live, and Support inherited documented, clean accounts.
